The Collections Analyst plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding receivables across the organization. This position is responsible for monitoring customer accounts, following up on overdue balances, resolving payment-related issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
What will you do:
Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices and reduce aged receivables.
Investigate and resolve payment disputes by collaborating with customers
Analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify collection risks, prioritize collection efforts, and recommend appropriate actions.
Maintain accurate records in compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Prepare and present collection performance reports, including key metrics, overdue balances
What will you bring:
Required Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related
Years of Experience: 2-4 years in Collections
