The role focuses on building and scaling Bhumi\u2019s college club ecosystem to drive a strong culture of volunteerism and civic responsibility among youth. The individual will work closely with student leaders across colleges, enabling them to lead social initiatives and projects, while ensuring consistent engagement and quality program delivery. The role carries both strategic and operational responsibilities, including expanding the network of clubs, strengthening volunteer participation through meaningful opportunities and campaigns.<\/span><\/span>

Bhumi is building one of India\u2019s largest volunteer movements. By 2030, we aim to engage 10 lakh volunteers through Bhumi Clubs, a grassroots movement of volunteers and leaders enabling hyperlocal contributions to their own communities. Every Bhumi volunteer is a changemaker, and an active citizen working toward a better India.<\/span><\/span>

Role and Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span><\/span>

- Drive College club formation and activation aligned with Bhumi Civic Clubs, ensuring strong integration with program operations and sustained student engagement
<\/span><\/li>- Lead the national execution of campaigns, recognition, and retention initiatives across colleges PAN India, including Bhumi Campus Awards (BCA), driving participation, visibility, and engagement.
<\/span><\/li>- Own and execute campaigns celebrated by colleges, ensuring high\-quality engagement and alignment with program goals.
<\/span><\/li>- Track program and club performance through data, reporting, and insights to improve engagement, participation, and program effectiveness.
<\/span><\/li>- Recruit and groom student volunteer leaders to drive club activities and build long\-term ownership.
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Educational Qualification/Experience:<\/b>
<\/div>- Educational Degree: Any Graduate
<\/span><\/li>- Relevant Experience (in years): 2\u20133 years experience in program operations, volunteer engagement and outreach.
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Knowledge & Skill sets required:<\/b><\/span>
<\/div>- Good influencing skills , people engagement, networking and listening skills.
<\/span><\/li>- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
<\/span><\/li>- Highly resourceful team\-player, who is self\-driven.
<\/span><\/li>- Good AI knowledge and MS office skill.
<\/span><\/li>- Forward\-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
<\/span><\/li>- Willingness to travel \u2013 locally and nationally.
