You lead the planning, optimisation and execution of commercial activities that make IKEA highly relevant, visible and compelling to customers.
- Drive and optimise the commercial calendar to maximise store and online visitation
- Lead the development of campaigns, events and activities that convert attention into traffic and sales
- Identify and unlock commercial opportunities based on customer insights, market trends and performance data
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to activate promotional plans consistently across all channels
- Translate business priorities into clear, actionable campaigns with strong customer appeal
- Analyse campaign performance, identify key learnings and continuously improve future activities
- Follow up on KPIs including visitation, conversion and sales steering, ensuring strong ROI
- Ensure campaigns are well-coordinated, timely and commercially effective across stores and digital touchpoints
- Contribute to a seamless and inspiring customer journey across channels
Your profile
You are a commercially driven marketer with a strong sense of ownership, able to turn insights into actions that deliver results.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in campaign optimization and activity planning
- Proven ability to drive traffic, sales and customer engagement through campaigns and promotions
- Highly analytical, with the ability to translate performance data into clear actions
- Strong collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales and other teams
- Experience in managing promotional campaigns or commercial calendars
- Customer-focused, with a good understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics
- Structured and hands-on, with excellent planning and execution capability
- A strong communicator who can influence and align stakeholders
- Passionate about home furnishing and creating meaningful customer experiences
