  • Create and maintain product SKUs across internal systems.

  • Ensure pricing, cost prices, barcodes and promotional information are accurate.

  • Carry out daily quality checks on newly published and republished SKUs, including pricing validation.

  • Coordinate product imagery, asset collection, photography and sample management.

  • Curate onsite product galleries to keep them relevant, engaging and commercially effective.

  • Review low-converting galleries and implement improvements.

  • Work closely with Content and Marketing teams to support the trading calendar.

  • Provide day-to-day support for trading activity, particularly during peak periods.

  • Maintain weekly trackers for pricing, promotions and barcode updates.

  • Support reporting projects, including subcategory reporting and Tableau data preparation.

  • Capture campaign activity across website and CRM channels.

  • Track supplier-funded promotional investment and marketing contributions.

  • Collate campaign performance feedback for supplier presentations.

  • Maintain rolling supplier exposure decks.

  • Own and maintain the finance tracker for marketing investment.

  • About You

  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in e-commerce and online retail.
  • Proactive approach with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and reporting tools.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Basic Photoshop or image editing skills.
  • Curiosity to understand what drives commercial performance.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence to take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
  • Resilient and adaptable, particularly during busy trading periods.
