Commercial Department Administrator

Currently,
bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for a Commercial Department Administrator to support the day-to-day activities of the department.


This role focuses on supporting CRM and marketing-related tasks, ensuring smooth coordination and accurate information flow across teams.


Job location : Larnaca


Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate data and proper tracking of leads.
  • Support SAP processes, including basic data entry and coordination of information.
  • Assist with marketing materials and property-related content, ensuring they are up to date.
  • Coordinate with Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams on day-to-day matters.
  • Prepare and update reports and internal trackers.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of client and commercial records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Commercial team.


Main Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration or support roles.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and familiarity with SAP or similar systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work across teams and manage multiple tasks.
  • Good command of English (Greek and/or Russian is an advantage).
