Commercial Director Managed Sub-region

Drive the revenue performance of managed hotels by overseeing regional top accounts, leading a team ofPerformance Excellence Managers, and ensuring direct, hands‑on support to hotels to optimize RevPAR, NetRevPAR, and RGI through close proximity, rapid issue resolution, and consistent performance follow‑up.​

  • Drive revenue performance for managed hotels by steeringRevPAR, Net RevPAR, and RGI improvement across theregion.​

  • Lead, coach, and develop the team of PerformanceExcellence Managers to ensure strong hotel support andconsistent execution.​

  • Oversee regional top accounts, ensuring strongrelationships, performance follow‑up, and rapid resolution ofcommercial issues.​

  • Provide direct, hands‑on support to hotels, ensuringproximity, quick diagnosis of performance gaps, andactionable recovery plans.​

  • Coordinate closely with Operations & RM teams to alignstrategies and secure topline delivery.​

  • Monitor performance rigorously through structured routines,dashboards, and KPI governance to ensure accountabilityand follow‑through.​

  • Identify risks and opportunities across the managed portfolioand drive targeted action plans to accelerate revenuegrowth.​

  • Strong revenue management orcommercial performanceexperience in hospitality​

  • Proven track record improvingRevPar /RGI across multiple hotels​

  • Experience leading hotel facingteams or managing Key accounts​

  • Analytical KPI-driven decisionmaking​

  • Strong leadership and coachingabilities​

  • High agility in problem solving andhotel support​

  • Fluent in German and English​
