We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven leader to oversee revenue growth across multiple business lines, drive strategic partnerships, lead market expansion initiatives, and build high\-performing commercial teams focused on delivering measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/h3>
  • Lead weekly commercial review meetings across all revenue teams to assess pipeline performance, conversions, blockers, and growth opportunities<\/span>

  • Own and manage strategic enterprise accounts and high\-value business opportunities<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Set and monitor quarterly OKRs and performance targets for commercial team leads<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align campaigns with pipeline and conversion goals<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Develop and optimize cross\-sell and revenue expansion strategies across business lines<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Lead pricing decisions, commercial escalations, and partnership negotiations<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Review and approve non\-standard deals, discounts, and commercial agreements<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Represent the company in strategic partnerships, investor discussions, and key business engagements<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop high\-performing commercial talent<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Drive accountability, execution, and revenue performance across commercial teams<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • 8+ years experience in commercial, sales, or growth roles with proven revenue ownership<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong experience leading B2B and/or B2C commercial teams<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Proven track record of closing enterprise or high\-value deals<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experience driving revenue growth in Tech, SaaS, HRTech, TalentTech, or EdTech environments<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Data\-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experience managing pipelines, targets, and commercial performance metrics<\/span>
