Job Description\:
Work closely with Business Development and Integrated Delivery teams to shape new product strategies, including commercial models and routes to contract. In this senior role, you will lead and support cross-functional activity across contract preparation, drafting, negotiation, and bid delivery, while providing line management and guidance to others.

Core duties\:
- You will build and maintain financial models to identify opportunities and support informed commercial decision-making
- This role will require you to draft and review contractual documents, including Terms and Conditions and NDAs, clearly communicating implications to stakeholders
- Ensure you coach, develop and support a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative working environment
- You will lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with governance and business approval processes
Essential Skills\:
- Degree educated or equivalent commercial experience, ideally within defence or similarly complex, regulated environments
- Proven experience leading, developing, and supporting diverse, high-performing teams in an inclusive and collaborative culture
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end commercial activities, including strategy development, contract management, and risk mitigation
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence decisions and drive successful commercial outcomes
