About the Role

We are looking for a Commercial Manager to be the strategic lead for all commercial and financial aspects of MEP projects. The incumbent oversees pre- and post-contract management to maximise margins and mitigate contractual risks. The role will also act as a primary negotiator supporting PMs and Construction Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead contract lifecycle: tender reviews, negotiations, claims, and variations
• Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, and relevant authorities
• Manage main contract and subcontract agreements
• Oversee monthly progress claims, payment certifications, and final account settlements
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost forecasts
• Risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across all projects
• Support dispute resolution / adjudication (SOP Act)

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• At least 10 years of relevant commercial management experience in M&E, construction, or built environment projects, preferably with exposure to Singapore project contracts
• Strong knowledge of PSSCOC, SIA contracts
• Familiarity with ERP/PM systems (e.g. ACC) and Microsoft Office

• Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8.30am–5.30pm
• Location: AMK
