Commercial Project Manager

We are seeking to add additional support to service our commercial client's property needs. This role includes the following:



Day to day responsibilities:

  • Generate customer's interest and strategically handle the negotiation and closing phases to ensure all parties involved are happy with the deal
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Ability to do quantity take-offs, pricing, purchase orders, and submittals.
  • Actively communicate with the production department in pre and during phases of our clients projects.
  • Maintain a level of professionalism and strive to be the best version of you at your role.
