Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with contractors, clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and follow up on tender and sales opportunities across public and private sector projects.
- Prepare and coordinate project proposals, quotations, Bills of Quantities, tender documents, and related submissions within required timelines and submission requirements.
- Conduct client presentations, understand project requirements, and recommend practical, cost-effective technical solutions.
- Support and manage commercial discussions on pricing, contract terms, project scope, and delivery requirements.
- Work closely with technical, engineering, operations, and project teams to develop suitable solutions and support smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress from commencement to completion to ensure delivery aligns with timeline, budget, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, tender updates, project status reports, and support business development activities to grow the customer base.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Built Environment, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum3 years of relevant experience in sales, tendering, commercial coordination, or project management, preferably within construction or engineering-related industries.
