Responsibilities THE OPPORTUNITY Lead the mid-long term strategy for the PMF Sales Organization by ensuring aligment and connection with corporate strategy and commercial strategy processes. Drive the Foresights & Strategy angenda to future prof our current business model & design new business verticals base on insights and data generated from key strategy processes: Foresights Creation (FC), Strategic Deep Dive Process (Long Term Strategy), ACP (Annual Corporate Plan) and Regional AOP (Sales Regions + KAMs). THE IMPACT As a Commercial Strategic Planning Sr Manager your scope would consist of: Lead the mid-long term strategy for the PMF Sales Organization. Drive the Foresights & Strategy agenda to future proof our current business model. Serve as a strategic advisor and counsel to the Sales SVP and SS&T Sr Director in the decision-making process. Lead and coordinate the operative agenda of the Sales Strategy & Transformation team, aligning priorities across SS&T colegues to secure the Sr Director of SS&T vision & objectives. Lead Key Strategy processes inside the Sales Organization (FC, SDD, ACP & Regional AOP) Serve as the Chief of Staff of the Sales Strategy & Transformación Area. Create and maintain cross-departmental relationshipss to enable leadership success. Strategize & Manage the day-to-day agenda securing time is allocated in primordial projects/topics. Qualifications WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Education Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus but not required. Experience 7+ years of business development, commercial planning, business design, corporate strategy and/or executive management experience. Strongly developed written and verbal communication skills. Advanced English required. Flexibility for traveling from Strategy to Execution seamlessly. Ability to diffuse work conflict without bringing it to the attention of the executive leader using strong interpersonal skills. Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong emotional intelligence. Excellent analytical skills & Strategic mindset.
