- Working Hours: Mon – Fri 7.30am – 5pm
- Monthly Salary: Base up to $4000 + Variable Bonus (VB)
- Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility
Customer Support – Manage customer enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring effective responses to service requests.
Quotation & Order Management – Prepare accurate quotations and coordinate service orders with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Technical teams.
Invoicing & Payment – Generate invoices on time and support the Sales Team in facilitating early payment collection.
Vendor & Internal Coordination – Liaise with vendors for parts procurement and collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Problem Resolution – Address issues related to quotations, order fulfilment, and invoicing, ensuring timely resolution.
Ad‑hoc Duties – Perform additional tasks assigned by the Commercial Manager to support overall business operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales quotation, customer administration, or commercial support (handling quotations, order fulfilment, and invoicing)
- Strong interpersonal skills for well communications.
- Familiarity with ERP or invoicing systems is an added advantage
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
