Commis/Chef De Partie (Seafood Grill Concept) | 5 days, up to $2,800 | Singaporeans Only
We are currently hiring for a Commis/Chef De Partie role. This is a great opportunity for candidates with F&B kitchen experience who are passionate about seafood preparation and looking to grow in a structured professional kitchen environment.
Who We Are Looking For
- Singaporean only
- Minimum 1 year of F&B/kitchen experience preferred
- Experience in seafood or restaurant kitchen is an advantage
- Able to work long standing hours in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
- Team player with a positive and responsible attitude
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and cook seafood dishes according to restaurant standards
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and service execution
- Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff during service hours
- Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
- Monitor inventory and ensure freshness/quality of seafood ingredients
- Assist in menu development and seasonal specials planning with the culinary team
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $2,000 – $2,800 (based on experience)
- Annual Leave: TBC
Working Arrangement
- 5-day work week
- Working hours: 8–9 hours per day
- Permanent off day: Monday
- Shift pattern:
- >> Tue–Wed: 2pm – 10pm (1-hour break)>> Thu: 12pm – 10pm (2-hour break)>> Fri–Sun: 11am – 10pm (2-hour break)
