Commis/Chef De Partie (Seafood Grill Concept) | 5 days, up to $2,800 | Singaporeans Only

We are currently hiring for a Commis/Chef De Partie role. This is a great opportunity for candidates with F&B kitchen experience who are passionate about seafood preparation and looking to grow in a structured professional kitchen environment.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Singaporean only
  • Minimum 1 year of F&B/kitchen experience preferred
  • Experience in seafood or restaurant kitchen is an advantage
  • Able to work long standing hours in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays
  • Team player with a positive and responsible attitude

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare and cook seafood dishes according to restaurant standards
  • Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and service execution
  • Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff during service hours
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
  • Monitor inventory and ensure freshness/quality of seafood ingredients
  • Assist in menu development and seasonal specials planning with the culinary team

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: $2,000 – $2,800 (based on experience)
  • Annual Leave: TBC

Working Arrangement

  • 5-day work week
  • Working hours: 8–9 hours per day
  • Permanent off day: Monday
  • Shift pattern:
  • >> Tue–Wed: 2pm – 10pm (1-hour break)>> Thu: 12pm – 10pm (2-hour break)>> Fri–Sun: 11am – 10pm (2-hour break)
