Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to kitchen operations to support meal service
- Clean and maintain kitchen areas and equipment daily to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Dispose of waste properly and manage waste handling to maintain cleanliness and compliance
- Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines when handling food and kitchen equipment to prevent contamination and accidents
- Conduct inventory checks and organize kitchen supplies to ensure availability and accessibility
