Commis de Partie

Prepare and organize mise en place for both cold and hot dishes

Support the Chef de Partie in the preparation of dishes for our various outlets (Restaurant Ikarus, Carpe Diem Lounge-Café, and Mayday Bar)

Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)

Completed vocational training in hospitality or gastronomy

Previous professional experience, ideally in fine dining or upscale hospitality

Excellent product knowledge and strong professional expertise

Professional, confident, and friendly demeanor

Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility

Strong team player with flexibility, resilience, and reliability

Excellent command of German and English
