We are now looking for a colleague to join our team in Zagreb, Croatia as an Commissioning Electrical Engineer.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Commissioning Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the commissioning and testing of electrical systems to ensure they meet the required specifications and operate efficiently. This role is essential in guaranteeing that electrical systems are properly installed and functioning to provide optimal performance and energy efficiency.

What you'll do? As a key team player, your responsibilities include:

  • Conduct inspections, functional tests, and performance evaluations of electrical systems.
  • Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Identify and resolve electrical system issues during the commissioning phase.
  • Ensure all electrical work adheres to industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on test results, commissioning activities, and identified issues.
  • Provide training to client personnel on electrical system operation and maintenance.
  • Stay updated on industry standards, emerging technologies, and best practices.

What makes you successful? Bring your passion and expertise with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems
  • Proficiency in using testing and diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required
  • Good written and verbal communication and language skills
  • Willingness to travel (50-60%)
