Commissioning Engineer - Instrument
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Serve as the focal point\nfor Instrument Commissioning\nat construction site.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Responsible\nfor schedule, control and reporting of Instrument Pre\-commissioning Activities,\nwhich includes SAT, Loop check, Dry function test, Setting\-up temporary ICSS\nHMI (where necessary), Arrangement of temporary power supply (where necessary),\nArrangement of radios/wi\-fi with their infrastructure, Arrangement of VM e\-Loop\n(where applicable) and so on. <\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Facilitate\nprovision of Loop package and Function test package.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Take\nownership to close all punches for Instrument pre\-commissioning and\ncommissioning activities, with coordinating with the related persons.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate,\nSchedule and Plan OEM / Vendor specialist visits to site for pre\-commissioning,\ntrouble shooting, commissioning, with coordinating with Instrument Field\nengineers.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Review\nand confirm site ITP/ITR and procedures for Instrument Pre\-commissioning\nactivities, with coordinating with Instrument Field engineers and Instrument QC\nlead.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Review\nand confirm Instrument pre\-commissioning and commissioning man powers and the\nnecessary tools/facilities supplied by Instrument sub\-contractor, with\ncoordinating with Instrument Construction section manager <\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support\ncoordination with instrument sub\-contractor in the aspect of pre\-commissioning\nand commissioning work forces / tools. <\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Responsible\nfor setting up procedure for energization of instrument equipment, with\ncoordinating with the concerned persons, including Instrument field engineers,\nClient, and so on. <\/span><\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Where\nconstruction work and equipment energization for the activity are in the same\narea/room (SIMOPS, SIMultaneous OPerationS), to set\-up the proper rule (soft\nbarricades and so on) with coordinating HSE/construction/commissioning team.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Responsible\nfor field works of instrument activities during equipment commissioning and\nplant start\-up, with coordinating with Instrument field engineers, which\nincludes Field instruments\u2019 line\-up, liquid filling of DP LT wet leg, leak\ncheck of instruments before gas\-in (where applicable), F&G detectors\nverification before gas\-in (where applicable), Custody metering system\nvalidation (where applicable), CEMS initial set\-up by isokinetic sampling(where\napplicable), Analyzers initial set\-up/validation/calibration, Support of\nequipment commissioning such as mechanical run, Dry\-out of Furnaces, and so on.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate\nwith Instrument / Packaged equipment Field engineers for resolving troubles,\npreparing FS (Field change sheet), replacing the malfunctioned materials,\nclosing instrument punches related to Pre\-comm./Comm., and so on, by providing\ninitial check results of field troubles, necessary field work forces/tools for\nfield trouble shooting, mark\-up drawings for corrections found during testing\nand so on. <\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Take ownership <\/span><\/span>for meeting project schedule/milestones<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Track\nand expedite construction and QC activities for achieving Instrument pre<\/span><\/span> commissioning\nschedule. Where necessary, take initiative to involve the related managers (CM,\nQCM, EM, Commissioning Manager).<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor construction and\nQC activities using CMS (Construction Management System) and VM Completion\n(Name of JGC plant turn\-over system).<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Optimize\npre\-requisites of Loop check with negotiating with Client, where necessary\nactivities for achieving Instrument pre\-commissioning schedule.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Take ownership <\/span><\/span>for completing the activity within the project\nschedule<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span> To have work experiences at construction site or deep\nknowledges of Instrument documents/drawings in one or more categories below.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Instrument\nconstruction design<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Various\nfield instruments and instrument valves<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>ICSS\n/ MMS<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Analyzers<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Metering\nSystems<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Instrumentations\nfor packaged equipment<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong understanding of\nproject execution workflows and milestone tracking.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Commitment\nto provide utmost efforts for achieving schedule/milestone<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to motivate and\nalign team efforts toward <\/span><\/span>target\nachievement<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to <\/span><\/span>identify situation/facts of troubles quickly and set\nthe proper actions, including coordination with Vendor. <\/span><\/span> ·
