Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and input commission statements from various insurance providers.
- Analyze commission transactions and cross reference with bank statements.
- Manage multiple deadlines to ensure timely commission payments to agents.
- Address agent inquiries promptly, accurately, and courteously, including handling challenging situations with professionalism and composure.
- Perform additional duties related to the commissions department as assigned by the immediate manager.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an IMO or at a carrier level is an asset.
- Proficiency with Excel is advantageous.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Capable of managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities effectively.
- Effective problem-solving and investigative skills.
- Reliable, trustworthy, proactive, with a keen sense of ownership and initiative.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Approachable and professional in delivering challenging information on the phone, and in email interactions.
- Strong computer skills with a capacity to learn new systems.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Positive demeanor with an openness to constructive feedback.
- Must reside and be authorized to work in the USA.

Pay Range - $56,160 - $60,320/yr USD
The compensation range reflects a data-driven estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment. Individual pay may vary based on geographic location, job related skills, knowledge, experience, education etc.
