    Reporting to: <\/span><\/span><\/span>Senior<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Communications Associate <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    Duration: <\/span><\/span><\/span>Three to six months (basis mutual agreement) <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    Purpose: <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support the Outreach team on a range of communication activities including drafting social media posts, developing social media creatives, researching digital media trends, and developing emailers. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    An ideal candidate should possess storytelling and designing skills, knowledge of digital<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>media, and good writing skills. The candidate should be<\/span><\/span><\/span> solution\-oriented, detail\-oriented and committed to adhering to timelines. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

    In addition to the duties and responsibilities below, the individual should be prepared, as and when<\/span><\/span><\/span> necessary, to take on additional responsibilities. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Responsibilities <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    • Support the Senior Communications Associate in the day\-to\-day handling of digital media, including social media platforms of CEEW. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Research digital media trends across platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram). <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Write social media posts as well as support live tweeting when required<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Design creatives for social media and other communications material (using online design tools such as Canva) with guidance from the Senior Communications Associate. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Assist the Senior Communications Associate in developing newsletters and organising our audience base. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Brainstorm with the team on creative engagement ideas for digital media and work towards executing these. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Provide on\-ground support for CEEW events. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Support the Senior Communications Associate in other tasks as and when required.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      • Master\u2019s/Bachelor\u2019s degree in communications, journalism, design or any related fields preferred <\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Knowledge of/experience in digital communications <\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Knowledge of design tools <\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Work experience and other skills <\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p>

        • 0\-1 years\u2019 experience in digital media management or a similar role <\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Excellent communication skills <\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Excellent eye for detail <\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Excellent grasp of English language <\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Excellent project management skills <\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure <\/span><\/span><\/span>
