Job Purpose:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

To facilitate the community\-based\nrehabilitation (CBR) of persons with spinal cord injury (PwSCI) by coordinating\nidentification, goal\-setting, referrals, service delivery, stakeholder\nengagement, and documentation.<\/span>
<\/p>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

1. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Conduct functional\nassessments and provide therapy to PwSCI through home visits, camps, and\ntele\-rehabilitation. Refer cases to specialized rehabilitation centers and\ncoordinate follow\-up care.<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

2. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Work closely with PHCs,\nhospitals, and local service providers to strengthen referral systems and\nensure availability of self\-care kits, medical support, and assistive devices.<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

3. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Organize training sessions\nfor parents, caregivers, and local stakeholders. Lead sensitization programs\nand support the formation of peer support groups or district\-level federations.<\/span>
<\/p>

4. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Facilitate beneficiary\naccess to government entitlements such as UDID, social security schemes, and\nlivelihood support. Mobilize local resources to support rehabilitation and\nsustainability.<\/span>

  1. Maintain\n accurate records of services and beneficiary progress using project\n systems. <\/span>

    Key Deliverables:<\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Timely and accurate documentation of activities and beneficiary\n data.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong coordination with stakeholders (PHCs, hospitals, local\n government).<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Improved rehabilitation outcomes and community integration for\n PwSCI.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Reports on community engagement, training, and resource\n mobilization.<\/span>

      Qualifications and Experience:<\/span><\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Completed CCCG /CCRT course certified by RCI, /Bachelor\u2019s\n degree in Social Work, Any degree or related field.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Experience in community development, rehabilitation, or health\n sector preferred, freshers can also apply.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Understanding of disability rights, inclusive development, and\n government schemes.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Familiarity with documentation tools and digital platforms.<\/span>
        <\/li><\/ul>

        Preferred Skills:<\/span><\/b>
        <\/p>

        • Prior experience working with persons with disabilities or SCI.<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Proficiency in local language, MS Office, and mobile\n communication apps.<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to travel to field\n sites regularly.<\/span>
