Community Manager

You will build and manage an engaged online community, own Discord operations, integrate and maintain bots, program server features, detect and moderate spam and harmful content, create high-quality branded graphics and visual content, grow large audiences, and cultivate relationships with key crypto influencers.

• Manage and moderate Discord server operations

• Detect and remove spam and abusive content
• Create high-quality branded graphics and visual content
• Grow and manage large online audiences
• Cultivate relationships with crypto influencers and partners
• Monitor community feedback and report insights

Requirements

• Experience managing a Discord community with over 10K members
• Direct experience with Discord management including bot integration, server programming, spam detection, and content moderation
• Proven written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage large audiences and grow online communities
• Working knowledge of crypto culture
• Graphic design and photo editing ability
• Eye for detail and strong organizational skills
• Excited to learn and adapt to evolving web3 trends
• Bonus: active in the crypto community with a social media following
