Clubs\nand Clans (Tech Focus)<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

●\nDesign and implement SOPs for smooth functioning of tech clubs and clan\nsystems.<\/span>
<\/p>

●\nFacilitate leadership training and mentorship for club and clan heads, with an\nemphasis on technical project execution.<\/span>
<\/p>

●\nEnsure regular activities and cross\-club collaborations, including hackathons,\ncode sprints, and tech showcases.<\/span>
<\/p>

●\nTrack participation metrics, impact, and innovation within student\-led tech\ninitiatives, helping turn ideas into working prototypes or products.<\/span>
<\/p>

Mega\nEvents Management<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

●\nAnchor all large\-scale university events (e.g. Tech Fests, Inter college\nHackathons, Inter Club Events) with tech\-integrated experiences.<\/span>
<\/p>

●\nLiaise with internal teams, vendors, and external partners for seamless\nexecution.<\/span>
<\/p>

●\nBuild student volunteer teams and ensure leadership development through event\nplanning, especially tech event committees.<\/span>
<\/p>

Annual\nLearner Experience Calendar<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

●\nDraft and maintain an annual calendar including academic/non\-academic\nfestivals, tech fests, impact\-driven programs, and wellness activities.<\/span>
<\/p>

●\nCollaborate with academic and non\-academic departments to align activities\nacross the university calendar, including coding workshops and tech talks.<\/span>
<\/p>

Creative\nCommunication & Visibility<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

●\nCurate and co\-create student magazines, newsletters, and editorials featuring\ntech projects and learner innovations.<\/span>
<\/p>

●\nCollaborate with the marketing/content creation/communications team for social\nmedia takeovers, student stories, and campaign ideation around tech\nachievements.<\/span>
<\/p>

●\nHelp position Rishihood\u2019s unique community culture across digital platforms,\nhighlighting its tech community and maker culture.<\/span>

Learner\-Centric\nInnovation<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

●\nConstantly ideate and experiment with new engagement formats (e.g., night\ntalks, learning walks, unplugged sessions) with a tech twist\u2014such as demo\nnights, hardware tinkering sessions, or AI meetups.<\/span>
<\/p>

●\nStay updated on trends in student engagement and implement best practices\nrelevant to Gen Z learners, especially in emerging tech domains.<\/span>
<\/p>

Stakeholder\nCollaboration<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

●\nFoster positive relationships with faculty, operations, finance, marketing,\nadmissions, and hostel teams.<\/span>
<\/p>

●\nAct as a bridge between students and staff for community initiatives,\nespecially translating student tech ideas into actionable projects with faculty\nsupport.<\/span>
<\/p>

●\nSupport leadership with reports, impact metrics, and strategic insights on tech\nengagement and prototype development.<\/span>
<\/p>

Marketing\n& Admissions Collaboration<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

●\nPlay an active role in onboarding learners through immersive, engaging\nexperiences including tech orientation and introductory coding/maker sessions\n(but not limited to)<\/span>
<\/p>

●\nCoordinate welcome activities, pre\-admission engagement, and community bonding\nto improve retention, using tech\-based icebreakers and collaborative projects.<\/span>
<\/p>

●\nWork closely with admissions to nurture learner touchpoints and feedback loops\naround tech interest areas and skill levels.<\/span>

Education\n& Experience Required:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

●\n3\u20135 years of relevant experience in student affairs, community engagement,\nevent management, youth\-led programs, or educational institutions with a\ndemonstrated background in technology (e.g., technical degree, prior role in\ntech community building, or experience managing tech clubs/hackathons).<\/span>
<\/p>

●\nExperience managing large events and working with young adults (preferably Gen\nZ), including tech events like hackathons or code fests.<\/span>
<\/p>

●\nProven ability to work across teams and engage stakeholders effectively, and to\nguide learners from a tech idea to a working reality through community\-driven\nactivities.<\/span>
