Company Secretary

  1. Ensuring the company adheres to all relevant laws, rules, and regulations, including those related to corporate governance, FDI, and FEMA.<\/span>

  2. Advising the board of directors and senior management on best practices for corporate governance and ethical conduct.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  3. Planning, organizing, and conducting board, committee, and shareholder meetings, including preparing notices, agendas, and minutes.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  4. Maintaining statutory registers and other required records as per legal requirements.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  5. Preparing and filing necessary forms and returns with regulatory authorities, such as annual returns, financial statements, and other relevant documents.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  6. Managing and ensuring compliance with the requirements of secretarial audits.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  7. Effectively communicating and coordinating with various stakeholders, including shareholders, directors, and regulatory bodies.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  8. Dematerialisation process follow up with shareholders and RTA , NSDL, CSDL etc.<\/span>

      ACS + ( good to have law degree ) with 7 to 10 years of experience in startup with managing fund raising exposure.<\/span>
