Compensation Analyst

JOB SUMMARY


Execute and support operational components of global compensation programs, ensuring data accuracy, system
compliance, and disciplined process execution across benchmarking, incentive, and cycle activities.


RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute survey data uploads, peer group setup, and benchmarking maintenance.
• Support annual and mid-year compensation cycle execution in Workday.
• Maintain data accuracy for bonus groups, eligibility controls, and job profiles.
• Support financial tracking and reporting activities.
• Assist with audit documentation and monitoring controls.
• Execute recurring system validations and compliance checks.
• Support vendor coordination and operational follow-ups.

• Bachelor's Degree Business Admin
• 1-2 Years
• Basic knowledge of compensation
• Ability to execute system transactions accurately (data uploads, validations, eligibility checks).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy mindset
• Capability to perform structured data validations and reconciliation
• Basic analytical problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring deadlines
• Operates with autonomy within defined scope
• Clear and professional communication skills
