Job Summary:
The Compliance Billing Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the department. This position involves managing day-to-day tasks, maintaining records, and assisting with projects to ensure efficient departmental operations.
Job Goals:
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of invoices and required documentation.
- Support efficient daily operations.
- Assist in departmental projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process customer invoices per their requirements.
- Assist in preparing payment applications.
- Provide timely support in the processing of lien waivers.
- Assist in maintaining our extensive network of third-party billing portals.
- Provide a supporting role in processing certificate of insurance requests.
- Monitoring Compliance inboxes to ensure timely response to internal and external requests.
