About the Role
Reporting to the Compliance Manager, this role plays a critical part in ensuring that employees and subcontractors operate in full compliance with regulatory, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
You’ll work closely with operational teams across the business to maintain compliance systems, support resource optimisation, and ensure all documentation and accreditations are current and accurate.
- Manage and maintain subcontractor records, including accreditations, insurances, inductions, and OH&S documentation
- Ensure all compliance requirements are up to date prior to authorising field or network work
- Validate and maintain documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactively follow up with subcontractors to obtain outstanding information and resolve compliance gaps
- Maintain accurate data across multiple systems and databases
- Support day-to-day compliance operations across multiple contracts
- Monitor regulatory changes and align activities with governance processes and industry standards
- Prepare professional communications and correspondence
- Maintain well-organised and auditable filing systems
Skills and experience
- 2+ years’ experience in an administrative or compliance-focused role (desirable)
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate within a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe)
Qualifications (Desirable)
- Qualification in Quality, Safety, or Environmental disciplines
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
