We are seeking a Computer Repair Technician to join our team! You will resolve computer\-related issues for our clients.
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Greet customers when they enter the store.
  <\/li>
• Assist customers with hardware sales.
  <\/li>
• Provide high quality interactions with customers.
  <\/li>
• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  <\/li>
• Replace hardware components in desktops and laptops.
  <\/li>
• Set up new routers and network devices for home use.
  <\/li>
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
  <\/li>
• Troubleshoot issues regarding all hardware and software.
  <\/li>
• Install software/hardware on workstations.
  <\/li>
• Generate invoices for clients and accept payments.
  <\/li>
• Provide telephone and remote support to users.
  <\/li>
• Assist senior tech staff with on\-site support and technical projects as needed.
