Concierge

The knowledge and expertise of a great Concierge are essential to meeting the expectations of our Owners and Guests during their stay at the Lodge. Your ability to anticipate needs and provide thoughtful, informed recommendations will help create a truly memorable experience. Acting as a liaison between Owners, Guests, internal departments, and external vendors, you play a key role in ensuring every aspect of the guest experience is seamless and enjoyable.

This is a seasonal, full-time position. Please note that employee housing is not available.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist guests with lodge facilities in an informative and helpful manner
  • Personalize each guest’s experience by providing a professional, friendly, and engaging welcome
  • Maintain a strong presence in the Club Room as an ambassador of the property and brand, delivering exceptional service
  • Address guest concerns promptly, ensuring proper documentation and communication with the appropriate departments
  • Perform basic bartending duties

Your experience and skills include:

  • A strong ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm, courteous, and professional at all times
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with a polished and professional presentation
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and both morning and evening hours
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cohesively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications; previous experience with a Property Management System is preferred

Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the USA. We are unable to sponsor work visas.

Starting hourly wage: $21.43/hr
