Our client is a leading international hospitality company. They are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and service-driven Concierge Attendant to join our hospitality team. As the go-to expert for guest assistance and local recommendations, you will play a key role in enhancing each guest's stay by delivering personalized service, coordinating special requests, and creating unforgettable experiences from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services & Hospitality

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their stay.
  • Assist with enquiries, directions, transportation arrangements, and general guest requests.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and nearby attractions.
  • Deliver personalized recommendations tailored to guests' interests and preferences.

Concierge & Lifestyle Services

  • Arrange restaurant reservations, tours, entertainment tickets, transportation, and other guest experiences.
  • Stay informed on local events, attractions, dining options, and points of interest.
  • Assist guests with travel-related enquiries, medical assistance arrangements, and special requests.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance their stay.

Arrival & Departure Experience

  • Coordinate luggage handling, storage, and retrieval in accordance with hotel procedures.
  • Assist with guest arrivals, departures, and transportation arrangements.
  • Ensure a smooth and seamless experience for both individual and group guests.
  • Deliver prompt handling of guest messages, parcels, and deliveries.

VIP & Guest Relations

  • Support VIP arrivals, repeat guests, and special occasion arrangements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfil guest requests efficiently.
  • Maintain awareness of guest preferences to provide personalized service.
  • Assist in creating memorable experiences for celebrations, events, and special stays.

Lobby Operations & Team Collaboration

  • Maintain a welcoming, organised, and professional lobby environment.
  • Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure outstanding guest service.
  • Communicate guest feedback and operational updates to relevant teams.
  • Support hotel operations during peak periods and special events.

Compliance & Service Standards

  • Adhere to hotel policies, brand standards, and service procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest information at all times.
  • Follow all safety, security, and emergency protocols.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Concierge, Guest Services, Front Office, or Hospitality roles is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of local attractions, dining, entertainment, and transportation options.
  • Ability to multitask and manage guest requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive, proactive, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
