What you’ll contribute to
This role is based in Port Melbourne and is on a Permanent basis.
The Connected Vehicle Quality Lead within the Connected Product Management Office is primarily responsible ensuring ongoing quality and Customer satisfaction for Toyota & Lexus Connected Vehicles within Australia and New Zealand. This role focuses on identifying, investigating and resolving product issues experienced by , driving kaizen data insights and coordinating cross-functional actions to enhance product quality and brand reputation
How you’ll make an impact
- Analyse field data (warranty, dealer, customer and vehicle) to detect trends and emerging issues
- Identify systemic problems and early warning signals impacting customer experience
- Support high-priority customer concerns and provide technical expertise
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Lead structured problem-solving and technical investigations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations and suppliers (AU & NZ)

- Experience in vehicle quality, field performance, or technical investigation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Proven ability to lead root cause analysis and structured problem solving (e.g., 8D, DMAIC)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Passion for improving customer experience and product quality
