This role is centered on delivering high-quality advisory and support services to business clients using corporate credit card solutions. You will act as a trusted point of contact for enterprise customers, helping them manage, optimize, and troubleshoot their credit card accounts and related digital tools. The position combines customer service excellence with proactive relationship management, as you identify opportunities to improve client experience and enhance product usage. You will also support clients in navigating transactional issues, account settings, and platform functionalities while ensuring compliance with internal policies. In addition to problem-solving and day-to-day support, you will contribute to business growth by recommending tailored financial solutions. This is a client-focused, fast-paced role where relationship-building, attention to detail, and financial product knowledge are key.

Accountabilities

  • Provide high-quality support to business clients regarding corporate credit card accounts, transactions, limits, and digital banking tools.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by responding to inquiries and resolving account-related issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Act as a proactive advisor by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate credit card solutions and services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients to support retention and satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to credit card usage, access, and online platforms.
  • Support clients in adopting and optimizing digital tools and self-service platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client solutions and contribute to business development initiatives.
  • Stay up to date on credit card products, policies, and industry best practices to ensure accurate guidance.
  • Requirements:

    • College diploma (DEC) in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, financial services, or a related client-facing role.
    • Strong communication skills in French; advanced proficiency in English due to client interactions and tools.
    • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build trust and manage client relationships effectively.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented and proactive approach.
    • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Comfort working with digital platforms, banking systems, and financial tools.
    • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekday evenings and Saturdays as required.
