Construction Administrative Coordinator

Industrial Door Company, a leading provider of automatic door and commercial entrance solutions, is seeking a Construction Administrative Coordinator to support our daily operations and serve as the front line of communication for our customers. In this role, you'll manage customer inquiries, assist with scheduling and dispatching, and provide administrative support to ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in (Rancho Cordova) Sacramento, CA, Monday–Friday, Hours 7 am - 4:30 pm

In this role you will…

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, and prospects via phone, email, and in person
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, collecting critical customer information, and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Support daily office operations including data entry, and documentation management
  • Maintain accurate customer records and job details within Service Titan
  • Communicate effectively with, management, Estimators & Dispatch to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
  • Handle general administrative duties and assist leadership with ad hoc projects, as requested

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Service Titan or similar systems is preferred
  • Experience in a service-based or industrial environment is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $24–$28/hour, based on experience
