You’re Role in the Blueprint:

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to support our growing construction division. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced tradespeople and crew members to help deliver high-quality residential and commercial projects from the ground up. What You’ll Build:

  • Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, carpentry, masonry, and general construction tasks
  • Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites
  • Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after construction
  • Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Follow directions from foremen and crew leads to keep projects on schedule
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on site
  • Assist with demolition, debris removal, and site preparation as needed
  • Support multiple trades and adapt to varying tasks across different job sites

Your Foundation:

  • Prior construction or labor experience preferred; entry-level candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
  • Dependable, punctual, and hardworking with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks regularly
  • Valid driver's license preferred
