Construction Manager
- Lead on-site construction and installation activities through commissioning and handover
- Oversee daily field operations and resolve construction issues
- Ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and constructability requirements
- Manage schedule execution and drive milestone achievement
- Direct mechanical and electrical/control installation activities
- Supervise rigging and heavy equipment operations
- Oversee piping installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Manage receiving, inspection, storage, and tracking of materials
- Lead coordination meetings with contractors and stakeholders
- Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, and issues while supporting customer interactions
- Location: USA (Project Site Assignments)
- Travel: Up to 95% travel depending on project assignment, including domestic and potentially international travel
- Reporting: Reports to Projects Leader with a dotted line to Global Construction Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–8+ years of construction management or site supervision experience
- Experience with piping systems (PVC, PP, PE, PVDF, SS, CS)
- Ability to read and interpret P&ID drawings
- Strong understanding of mechanical and installation practices
- Ability to manage schedules and coordinate field execution

- Experience with UPW, semiconductor waste/reclaim water, or high-purity water systems operations or installation
- Experience on large EPC or industrial construction projects
