Construction Project Admin

Responsibilities:

- Mainly in charge of sourcing material, ordering, and delivery item to workplace

- Follow up ordering and delivery status

- Record all purchased materials and ensure everything is tally with purchase record

- Coordinator with supervisor or project in charge person for item request purpose.

- Provide admin duties and clerical supports to project team·Update manpower movement constantly·

Working time:5 working days (9am - 6pm)

Working location: Kranji


Requirement:

- At least 1 year experience is added advantage

- Able to start work immediately/ short notice is preferred
