Construction Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients and follow up on their requests.
  • Prepare and manage renovation project quotations.
  • Coordinate site work, including scheduling and progress tracking.
  • Maintain records of suppliers, vendors, and construction project related documents.
  • Support project administrative tasks and ad-hoc assignments from management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); formal degree not required.
  • Organized, responsible, willing to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese.
  • Age preferably below 35, but others are encouraged to apply.
  • Open to candidates of all genders and backgrounds. Interns and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Singapore Citizens or PR preferred.
