Construction Project Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients and follow up on their requests.
- Prepare and manage renovation project quotations.
- Coordinate site work, including scheduling and progress tracking.
- Maintain records of suppliers, vendors, and construction project related documents.
- Support project administrative tasks and ad-hoc assignments from management.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); formal degree not required.
- Organized, responsible, willing to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese.
- Age preferably below 35, but others are encouraged to apply.
- Open to candidates of all genders and backgrounds. Interns and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Singapore Citizens or PR preferred.
