CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description & Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  2. Must have Experience in building & construction, civil projects and Community centre projects.
  3. Minimum 5 to 7 years of working experience in Singapore as Construction Project Manager in large scale building / civil projects institutional building projects and Community centre projects with main contractor.
  4. Prepare, review, coordinate with clients, consultants, project team members, sub-contractors and all relevant parties to discuss and resolve Project Management, Specifications and Technical Issues.
  5. In charge of the profitability of the site assigned;
  6. Manage project budget.
  7. Assigned task to various workers and supervisors;
  8. Allocated right man for the right job;
  9. Implement safety system as site in line with MOM prevailing requirements;
  10. Monitor the raw material usage at site to reduce wastage and save cost;
  11. Appoint leaders supervisor at site to stand in case you are not around;
  12. Attend new site show round when required for new tender participation;
  13. Ensure that progress work done at site is in line with site progress schedule;
  14. Update drawing based on latest work progress for submission to architects;
  15. Make sure that monthly progress payment claim are submitted on time;
  16. Draft out variation orders (VO) when new works is requested by architects;
