CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER

Job Description & Requirements

· Assist Project Manager on project matters.

· Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors and clients on site matters.

· Execute, monitor and ensure the project completed on time.

· Maintain work quality according to specification and requirement.

· Check drawing for accuracy and completeness for construction.

· Maintain inspection records of works, materials and all completed works.

· Implement cost control measures to meet project budget.

· Ensure the site operations comply with project quality plan, environmental and occupational safety and health.

· Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior(s).
