CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
  • Monitor project progress, schedules and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of works.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Review construction drawings, method statements, and work procedures.
  • Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
  • Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to site personnel.
  • Manage and control project costs, materials, and manpower utilization.
  • Attend site meetings and liaise with stakeholders on project matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction site management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and safety regulations.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines.
