CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
- Monitor project progress, schedules and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of works.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Review construction drawings, method statements, and work procedures.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to site personnel.
- Manage and control project costs, materials, and manpower utilization.
- Attend site meetings and liaise with stakeholders on project matters.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction site management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and safety regulations.
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines.
