Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily site operations and oversee site workers to ensure smooth execution of works.
- Ensure all construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor work progress to ensure completion within the project schedule while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and minimize rework.
- Ensure work areas are properly prepared and that sufficient materials and resources are available for execution.
- Maintain daily site records, including manpower deployment, material usage, and work progress.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities regarding inspections and day-to-day site activities.
- Attend site progress meetings and internal coordination meetings as required.
- Monitor subcontractors’ performance, manpower deployment, and work progress to ensure compliance with project schedules.
- Promote and enforce workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction project supervision, preferably in public and private residential, commercial, or government projects.
· Good technical knowledge in structural works, architectural finishing works, and/or M&E works.
· Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
· Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Possess a strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet tight project deadlines.
