Construction Supervisor

Job Scope

• Coordinate and supervise structural and technical aspects of construction works

• Liaise with consultants and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations

• Monitor work progress and quality to meet project requirements

• Provide guidance to site workers and enforce safety compliance

• Interpret technical drawings accurately (rebar experience is a plus)

• Handle additional ad hoc site-related tasks as required

✅ Requirements

• Minimum Secondary School, ITE, ITC, or NTC qualification

• Completed Building Construction Supervision Safety Course

• Completed Work-at-Height Course for Supervisors

• Prior construction site experience is an advantage

• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
