CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Description & Requirements

• To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work .
• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• To assist and supervise the routine site work and progress of the work of workers.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Understand and ensure compliance and safety practice in project requirement and scope of work.
• Maintaining an accurate record of construction workers' attendance.
• Improve and recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase progress of work and efficiency.
