The purpose of this consultancy is to curate, prepare,\nco\-facilitate, and synthesize a five\-part virtual learning series for the\nDigital Integration of Agricultural Supply Chains Alliance (DIASCA), focused on\nstrengthening supply chain integrity and interoperability in agrifood systems.<\/span>

Building upon existing DIASCA knowledge products and\ntechnical work, the consultant will support the design and delivery of a\npractical learning process that translates lessons learned, approaches, and\nrecommendations into actionable insights for partners, implementers,\npolicymakers, donors, and private\-sector actors.<\/span>

The\nconsultancy will also produce a concise working paper that captures key\nlearnings, practical examples, and an agenda for action to strengthen supply\nchain integrity, interoperability, data governance, and digital approaches\nwithin agrifood supply chains.<\/span>

      6. The required expertise, qualifications, and expected experience to\nproduce the expected output or deliverables<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

      • Advanced university degree (PhD and/or Master) in\nInternational Development, Agricultural Economics, Public Policy,\nCommunications, Knowledge Management, Information Systems, Agribusiness, or\nrelated fields.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Demonstrated experience designing and\nfacilitating virtual learning processes, webinars, workshops, communities of\npractice, or multi\-stakeholder dialogues.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Strong ability to synthesize technical,\ngovernance, and policy\-oriented content into practical learning products and\nknowledge outputs.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Familiarity with agrifood systems, digital\ntransformation, traceability, supply chain integrity, interoperability, digital\npublic infrastructure, sustainability, or data governance.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Experience producing working papers, guidance\nnotes, learning products, or knowledge\-management outputs for international\ndevelopment, donor\-funded, or multi\-stakeholder initiatives.<\/span>

      • Excellent writing, facilitation, presentation,\nand communication skills in English.<\/span>

      • Ability to work independently while coordinating\neffectively with international and multidisciplinary teams.<\/span>
