Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Technical Power BI Expert!

In this role, the Technical Power BI Expert will be responsible for developing interactive dashboards, automating reporting processes, and transforming complex data into meaningful business insights. The candidate will work extensively on Power BI dashboards development, DAX formula manipulation, data analysis, and visualization while integrating Power BI with multiple upstream system and data sources. The role requires strong analytical, problem solving, and technical skills to ensure accurate reporting, optimized dashboard performance, and effective business decision-making support.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Perform data analysis and visualization for business insights.
• Work on DAX formula creation and manipulation.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business reporting and analysis.
• Perform detailed data analysis and visualization to generate meaningful business insights and support decision-making.
• Integrate Power BI with multiple upstream systems, databases, AIPs, and various data sources.
• Ensure dashboards accuracy, data consistency, report optimization, and performance enhancement.
• Troubleshoot issues related to dashboards, data integration, reporting errors, and system connectivity.
• Work on data extraction, transformation, validation, and visualization activities for reporting purposes.
• Continuously perform process analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, reporting automation, and dashboards enhancements.
• Develop wireframes for dynamic and visually appealing dashboards that fulfil the requirements.
• Participate in UAT and validate solutions against business requirements.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

· Experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments.

· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ceremonies.

· Experience in working with Agile tools such as Jira.

· Hands-on experience in Power BI dashboards development and business intelligence reporting.

· Expertise in DAX formulas, calculated measures, KPIs, and data modelling concepts.

· Good understanding of data analysis, visualization techniques, and reporting best practices.

· Knowledge of SQL, databases, and data extraction techniques is a plus

· Experience in integrating Power BI with multiple upstream systems and various data sources.

· Experience in supporting activities.

· Familiarity with ETL processes, data transformation, and data validation activities.

· Ability to handle large datasets and optimize dashboards performance effectively.

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in team environment.

• Understanding of data governance, security, and reporting compliance standards.
• Prior experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Analytics projects will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of data governance, access control, and dashboards security implementation.
• Self-motivated professional with strong ownership and accountability mindset.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience in Business Intelligence and Reporting projects.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and reporting tools.
• Prior experience in handling large datasets and enterprise-level reporting.
• Understanding of business processes and operational reporting.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
