Accountabilities:
- Lead and support client engagements across procurement and supply chain transformation initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Conduct spend analysis, strategic sourcing, forecasting, consolidation, and other procurement optimization activities.
- Manage and oversee a team of 8–10 analysts, including performance tracking, governance, and workload coordination.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Communicate project scope, objectives, and updates clearly to stakeholders while managing expectation changes.
- Coach and mentor analysts, providing guidance on methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Develop insights using data analytics and storytelling techniques, including TCO and Should-Cost modeling using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Support RFx processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and benchmarking activities.
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or consulting, ideally within large or global organizations.
- Strong hands-on experience with procurement and financial analysis, including advanced Excel (pivot tables, charts, modeling) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Procure-to-Pay platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, or similar tools.
- Proven ability to conduct data analysis, build models, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
- Experience in procurement assessments, supplier research, interviewing, and report writing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in fast-changing environments.
