ABOUT THE ROLE


We’re looking for a Consumables Coordinator to join our team where you’ll play a key role in ensuring our stores and operations have the right consumables, at the right time, at the right cost. Sitting within our Retail Optimisation team, you’ll support with the planning, sourcing and management of core consumables, balancing availability, cost efficiency and sustainability.
This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll partner closely with suppliers and internal teams to streamline processes, improve ways of working and deliver commercial outcomes. You’ll use data and forecasting to guide decisions, optimise stock levels and build a reliable, scalable supply chain. From negotiating supplier terms to identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational improvement, you’ll make a tangible impact across the business.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory management or a similar role (retail or FMCG preferred)
  • Understanding of stock forecasting, planning and cost control
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and driving commercial outcomes is advantageous
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using systems and tools (e.g. Excel, inventory systems)
  • Highly organised with strong planning and prioritisation skills
