CONSUMER REAL ESTATE LOAN PROCESSOR

Summary: This position is responsible for providing support and assistance to Consumer Real Estate Loan Officers throughout the loan origination process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned)

• Review loan applications for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory readiness prior to disclosure
• Prepare and issue initial disclosures in compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations (including TRID timing requirements)
• Ensure accuracy of fees, loan terms, and supporting documentation prior to disclosure issuance
• Monitor and meet all required disclosure timelines
• Order appraisals, appraisal reviews, flood determinations, and credit reports
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
