Consumer Service Officer

Responsibilities


You will be responsible for processing reports, attending to queries and disputes for walk-in consumers as well as phone queries.


Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma
  • 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
  • Possess excellent listening, rationalization, problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Detailed and analytical
