Consumer Services Representative duties include:

• Telephone and email support

Consumer Services Representative will be:

• Training hours are 9:30-6:00....2 weeks
  
• Potential shift hours between 11:30-9 M-F
• Rotating Saturday shift is a possibility starting after 8 weeks
• Scheduled 5 days in a row
• Scheduled on a weekend day will have the other weekend day off (so if not M-F then T- Saturday or Sunday – Thursday)
